Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n eme\u011fi de t\u0131pk\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n ola\u011fan bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fleri gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez, g\u00f6r\u00fcnse bile \u00f6nemsenmez, k\u0131ymeti d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Ekonomi her ne kadar \u00e7oktan uzmanlara b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir konu olsa da yoksulluk, emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc, i\u015fsizlik, ge\u00e7im derdi d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun %99unun, ba\u015fta da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fcndemi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131yor. Neden en ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar diyoruz? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fu ataerkil d\u00fczende i\u015f\u00e7i olsun olmas\u0131n kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u2018bakmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olduklar\u0131\u2019 erkekler, \u00e7ocuklar, ya\u015fl\u0131lar var\u2026 Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kaynatmak zorunda olduklar\u0131 bir tencere, beslemek zorunda olduklar\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar var. Para gelmeden tencere nas\u0131l m\u0131 kaynayacak? Peki tencereyi kaynatan olmad\u0131k\u00e7a para ne i\u015fe yarayacak!<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte ekonomi ve kapitalizm, sermaye ve emek birbiriyle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131k\u00e7a, hele bu erkek egemenlikli zihniyetin \u00fcst\u00fcne kurulunca ekonomi kendi ba\u015f\u0131na tan\u0131mlanamaz hale geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ekonominin kendi ba\u015f\u0131na bir tan\u0131m\u0131ndan kast\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6yle bo\u015flukta y\u00fczen bir alan olmas\u0131 de\u011fil tabi ki. Ekonomi sonu\u00e7ta insan\u0131n ilk toplumsal faaliyetiyle birlikte olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flayan ya\u015famsal bir alan. Bu c\u00fcmleden yola \u00e7\u0131karak ekonomiye odaklanal\u0131m. Kollektif-toplumsal-ya\u015famsal\u2026 bu \u00fc\u00e7 kelime ekonominin karakterini koyuyor. \u0130nsan bireyinin \u00f6zsavunmas\u0131 toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r, kolektif ya\u015fam becerisidir. \u00d6yleyse ekonominin ilkesel olarak kom\u00fcnal, toplumsal olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla birilerini de\u011fil, herkesi ilgilendiren, herkesin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Di\u011fer bir ifadeyle kollektif oldu\u011fu kadar demokratiktir.\u00a0 Bu karakterini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyen ekonomi, ekonomi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar. Ya\u015famdan uzakla\u015f\u0131r. Bir s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7ark\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. \u00c7ok keskin bir belirleme gibi duyulsa da hakikati ifade ediyor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcren kapitalist sistemin ekonomik perspektifi kad\u0131nlar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere hem toplumu hem de ya\u015fam\u0131 sermayenin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece yok sayma \u00fczerine kuruludur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kapitalizmden veya kapitalizm ele\u015ftirisinden yola \u00e7\u0131karak ekonomiyi anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak bizi yan\u0131lt\u0131r. Ekonomiyi ya\u015famdan, toplumdan, kad\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karak anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, hem mevcut sisteme itirazlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir hem de olu\u015fturulacak alternatifleri\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n, bu toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve ya\u015famsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda k\u00f6\u015fesinde de\u011fil, tam merkezinde ekonomiyi \u00f6rg\u00fctleyendir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n kolektif \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda ve \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Ana \u00e7ocuk ili\u015fkisi bunun \u00e7ekirde\u011fini olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Sonras\u0131nda tar\u0131m k\u00f6y devrimi olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan yerle\u015fik ya\u015fama ge\u00e7i\u015fte, bitki ve hayvanlar\u0131n evcille\u015ftirilmesinde, toplumsal sistemin d\u00fczenlenmesinde kad\u0131n\u0131n etkinli\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor b\u00fct\u00fcn veriler. Kad\u0131nlar bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, \u201cbinlerce y\u0131l insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 besleyecek tekni\u011fi, tar\u0131m\u0131, hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u0131da ve giyim end\u00fcstrisini, matematik vb. bir\u00e7ok alan\u0131 temellendirdiler.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ekonomi kelimesine etimolojik bir yolculukla bu bilgiyi peki\u015ftirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Ekonomi eski Yunanca\u2019da, <em>o\u00edkos\u00a0<\/em>\u03bf\u03af\u03ba\u03bf\u03c2\u00a0ev\u00a0+<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>n\u00e9m\u014d\u00a0<\/em>\u03bd\u03ad\u00b5\u03c9\u00a0payla\u015ft\u0131rmak d\u00fczenlemek k\u00f6k\u00fcne dayan\u0131r. Ev yasas\u0131 yani. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019de kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z abor\u00ee ise Sami dilinde ib\u00fbra \/iv\u00fbra, Akad dilinde eb\u016bru kelimelerine dayan\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> \u00dcr\u00fcn, yiyecek, harman, tah\u0131l, bu\u011fday gibi anlamlara gelir. Ramazan \u00c7eper Ferhenga Etimolojiya kitab\u0131nda j\u00eemar (say\u0131) kelimesinin anneden geldi\u011fini belirtir: \u201c<em>J\u00ee + mar \/ e. Hejmar \/ ejmar \/ h\u00fbmare \/ jmar. <strong>Mare <\/strong>Dimilki leh\u00e7esinde anne anlam\u0131na gelir. J\u00ee+mare: Anneninki, anneye ait olan, annenin i\u015fi. Her ne kadar say\u0131lar S\u00fcmerlerde rahiplerin i\u015fi olarak bilinse de S\u00fcmerler \u00f6ncesi neolitik d\u00f6nemde ge\u00e7im, ekonomi ve payla\u015f\u0131m kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in hesap ve say\u0131larla da kad\u0131nlar me\u015fgul olmu\u015ftur.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><strong>[3]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>*<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn di\u011fer hayvanlarla ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortak \u00f6zellikleri vard\u0131r. Bar\u0131nmak, beslenmek ve \u00fcremek\u2026 G\u00fcd\u00fcsel ihtiya\u00e7lard\u0131r bunlar. Ama insan\u0131 farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131ran bu ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. En tekil gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen \u00fcreme alan\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere bu ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n hepsinin belli bir toplumsall\u0131k i\u00e7inde kolektif bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir tarihimiz var. \u0130\u015fte ekonomi dedi\u011fimiz faaliyet temelde bu s\u00fcrecin \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme bi\u00e7imidir. \u0130htiya\u00e7lar\u0131n temini ve ya\u015fam\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ekonominin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturur. Tabii ki g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zla ge\u00e7mi\u015fte kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bi\u00e7imler olduk\u00e7a farkl\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f, \u00e7e\u015fitlenmi\u015f, karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine de ne kadar farkl\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f olursa temel kolektif ilke ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini koruyor. Bu s\u00fcreci her koyun kendi baca\u011f\u0131ndan as\u0131l\u0131r mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bireyselle\u015ftiren kapitalizm ve benzeri sistemlerle kan uyu\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bundan kaynakl\u0131. Bug\u00fcn \u2018you can do it\u2019, yapabilirsin! gibi sloganlarla insan bireyinin g\u00fcc\u00fcne i\u015faret edilse de toplumsall\u0131ktan mahrum b\u0131rak\u0131lmak, bir insan i\u00e7in sadece sosyal \u00f6l\u00fcm de\u011fil, fiziksel \u00f6l\u00fcmd\u00fcr de.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak \u015fekilde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen ya\u015fam\u2019 derken tamamen g\u00fcd\u00fcsel bir ya\u015famdan bahsetmiyoruz. En ufak bir maddi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bile bir anlamla donat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, anlam\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n merkezinde oldu\u011fu bir ya\u015famdan bahsediyoruz. B\u00f6yle oldu\u011funu sanat\u0131n, estetik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerin geli\u015fiminin neredeyse insanl\u0131k tarihiyle ya\u015f\u0131t olmas\u0131ndan anlayabiliriz. \u0130nsan toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00fcd\u00fclerini de toplumsal anlam aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirmeyi bilmi\u015f, bu \u015fekilde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 maddi olan\u0131n \u00f6tesine ta\u015f\u0131yarak metafizik aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131na da cevap olacak \u015fekilde \u00f6rg\u00fctlemi\u015ftir. Ya\u015fam\u0131n anlam odakl\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin etik ilke ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerin geli\u015fmesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 da \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fil. Ekonomi bu etik ilke ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclere dayanarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015ftir. Ekonomiyi maddi altyap\u0131 olarak s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131ran ekonomistlerin burada yan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Maddi altyap\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel\/ideolojik \u00fcstyap\u0131 birbirinden ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamayacak denli birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Ekonomi alt yap\u0131 \u00fcst yap\u0131 diye ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamayacak bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme sisteminin kendisidir. \u00dcretim ili\u015fkileri, \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131, y\u00f6netim sistemleri, inan\u00e7 sistemleri, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, e\u011fitim vb. ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri biri \u00f6b\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nko\u015fulu olmayan bir etkile\u015fimle i\u00e7 i\u00e7e geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Mesela \u201c\u00e7\u00f6mle\u011fin yap\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, art\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc biriktirmeyi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d gibi kaba bir ifade, toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 binlerce aray\u0131\u015f\u0131, hele o \u00e7\u00f6mle\u011fi yapan kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal d\u00fczenini ifade etmekte en hafif ifadeyle yetersiz kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tabii ki maddi zeminin, ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinde \u00f6nemli bir etkisi vard\u0131r. 100 y\u0131l \u00f6nceki d\u00fcnyayla bug\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fcnya aras\u0131nda bile bu kadar fark varken, bunu inkar edemeyiz. Sanayi devrimi ad\u0131 verilen buharl\u0131 makinalar\u0131n icad\u0131ndan sonra ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131zda ciddi de\u011fi\u015fiklikler oldu. Mesela art\u0131k kendi k\u0131yafetimizi dikmek yerine ma\u011fazaya gidip sat\u0131n alabiliyoruz. Y\u00fczbinlerce insan ayn\u0131 anda ayn\u0131 fabrikadan \u00fcretilmi\u015f ayakkab\u0131y\u0131 sat\u0131n al\u0131p giyinebiliyor.\u00a0 Ya da mesela bir zamanlar ma\u011fara ya da benzeri korunakl\u0131 alanlar insanlar\u0131n bar\u0131nma mekan\u0131yken, ba\u015fka bir zamanlar kerpi\u00e7ten, ta\u015ftan evler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u015fimdiyse camdan demirden tu\u011fladan mekanlarda bar\u0131n\u0131yoruz. Gerekli paray\u0131 toplamak i\u00e7in gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z halde yine de bor\u00e7lanarak, bir apartman dairesine sahip olman\u0131z-ki o da ancak ya\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda nasip olur- ya da \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu kirac\u0131 kalman\u0131z ba\u015fka\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130htiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak, kolektif ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ola\u011fan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p \u201cmetala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131k\u00e7a\u201d ekonominin kendisi de \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc ya\u015fam\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak \u201cba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zla\u015f\u0131r\u201d. Ya\u015fam evle, ekonomi i\u015fle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftik\u00e7e, toplumsall\u0131kta en az ikiye par\u00e7alan\u0131yor.
