Jineoloji Akademisi\u2019nden Rumet, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde erkekle beraber ya\u015fayan kad\u0131n\u0131n hi\u00e7bir ya\u015fam g\u00fcvencesi ve garantisi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgularken, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendi kararlar\u0131 temelinde kendi ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmelerinin ya\u015famsal bir ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Rumet,\u00a0daha radikal ve kal\u0131c\u0131 bir a\u015famaya ge\u00e7me ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011fdu\u011fu\u00a0i\u00e7in de \u201ckad\u0131n k\u00f6y\u00fc\u201d in\u015fas\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131\u00a0belirtti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rojava\u2019n\u0131n Cizire kantonundaki Dirbesiye yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda Jineoloji ve \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n Vakf\u0131, bir kad\u0131n k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fcn in\u015fas\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJinwar\u201d* ad\u0131 verilen bu kad\u0131n k\u00f6y\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l \u015eubat ay\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7ecek.<\/p>\n<p>Peki, k\u00f6y\u00fcn in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 nas\u0131l ba\u015flad\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ne a\u015famada? Neden b\u00f6yle bir in\u015fa ve Jinwar nas\u0131l hayata ge\u00e7irilecek?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Baz\u0131\u2019 soru i\u015faretlerine yan\u0131t<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jinwar \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n K\u00f6y\u00fc \u0130n\u015fa Komitesi yetkilileri bu fikrin herkesi heyecanland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Gazete Kar\u0131nca\u2019ya konu\u015fan Jineoloji Akademisi\u2019nden Heval Rumet ise ak\u0131llardaki \u2018baz\u0131\u2019 soru i\u015faretleri i\u00e7in \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor:<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi ya\u015fam alan\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcc\u00fc temelinde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctleme d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi herkesi heyecanland\u0131rd\u0131. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya tan\u0131k olan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 duyan herkesin ilk sordu\u011fu soru \u015fu: \u2018\u00c7ok g\u00fczel ve \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ama nas\u0131l olacak?\u2019 ve yine \u2018Kad\u0131nlar kendilerini koruyabilecek mi?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Bizler acabalarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131za ba\u015flamad\u0131k. Bunun iddia ve planlamas\u0131 \u00e7ok net. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biz kad\u0131n devriminin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi bir alanda, Rojava\u2019da bu uygulamay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proje nas\u0131l ba\u015flad\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rumet, proje fikrinin ve ilk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n nas\u0131l ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ise \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle in\u015fa komitesinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve bu konuda yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n planlanmas\u0131 ile giri\u015fimler ba\u015flad\u0131. Toplumun bilgeleri olan analar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri dinlenerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirildi. Toplumun din, dil, etnik k\u00f6ken fark\u0131n\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zenginlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayand\u0131ran renkli tart\u0131\u015fmalar ile geli\u015ftirilen bir zeminde bulu\u015fuldu.\u00a0Projenin pratikle\u015ftirilmesi ve in\u015fa s\u00fcrecine katk\u0131 anlam\u0131nda genel tart\u0131\u015fma ortamlar\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nce zihniyette somutla\u015fmas\u0131 ve gerekli deste\u011fe ula\u015fmas\u0131 pratik in\u015fadan \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemli. Bu anlamda tart\u0131\u015fma platformlar\u0131 da devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarihten bug\u00fcne: Rojava ve kad\u0131n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendi kararlar\u0131 temelinde kendi ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmelerinin ya\u015famsal bir ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Rumet, daha radikal ve kal\u0131c\u0131 bir a\u015famaya ge\u00e7me ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011fdu\u011funu ve \u201ckad\u0131n k\u00f6y\u00fc\u201d in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n bu radikal a\u015famay\u0131 ifade etti\u011fini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Rumet, kad\u0131n yerle\u015fimlerinin tarihte bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rne\u011fi oldu\u011funu ise Rojava\u2019n\u0131n tarihine referansla hat\u0131rlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihteki ortak inan\u00e7 alanlar\u0131 ya da tap\u0131naklar\u0131 an\u0131msatan Rumet, bunlar\u0131n ayn\u0131 zamanda ilk yurt ve yerle\u015fme bi\u00e7imleri oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor:<\/p>\n<p>Bizim de amac\u0131m\u0131z bu farkl\u0131 ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imini, kad\u0131na dayal\u0131 ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imini kendi k\u00f6kleri \u00fczerinde yeniden canland\u0131rmak. \u2018Yeni bir k\u00f6y\u2019 demek ya da \u2018Yeni bir k\u00f6y kurmak\u2019 demek duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerde bir \u015feyleri netle\u015ftirmiyor. Bu, kad\u0131n k\u00f6y\u00fc ya da ya\u015fam alan\u0131n\u0131 somutla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda bunu da ba\u015ftan belirtmek gerek. Yeniden bir k\u00f6y kurulmuyor; ya\u015famsal, tarihsel, toplumsal ve g\u00fcncel ihtiya\u00e7lar temelinde kad\u0131n ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 kendi k\u00f6kleri \u00fczerinde canland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ama\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cYa\u015fanan ac\u0131 ve zulm\u00fcn a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, kad\u0131na uygulanan cins-s\u0131n\u0131f-ulus soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131n akl\u0131yla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesini hedefliyoruz\u201d diyen Heval Rumet, kad\u0131n\u0131n kendini ifade edebilece\u011fi, kendini \u00f6rg\u00fctleyebilece\u011fi, ekonomik-sosyal-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ya\u015fam fark\u0131n\u0131 daha belirgin bir \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karabilece\u011fi alanlara ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Rumet, projenin amac\u0131n\u0131 ise \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p>Bu proje daha \u00e7ok ya\u015fam\u0131 iyile\u015ftirme ve kad\u0131n eksenli ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyabilme amac\u0131yla geli\u015ftiriliyor. K\u00f6y sakinlerinin daha do\u011frusu ilk yerle\u015fimcilerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6nerileri ile ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 temelinde toplumsal ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilecek. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Jinwar \u00d6zg\u00fcr Kad\u0131n K\u00f6y\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bir s\u0131\u011f\u0131nma alan\u0131, k\u0131sa vadeli dinlenme alan\u0131, en zorda olan kad\u0131n\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcp gidece\u011fi bir alan olmayacak. Buras\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam ve \u00fcretim alan\u0131 olarak uzun vadeli ve yerle\u015fik ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi temelinde geli\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kayg\u0131lara yan\u0131t: \u2018S\u00f6zle\u015fmemiz olacak\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projeye ili\u015fkin dillendirilen baz\u0131 kayg\u0131lara da dikkat \u00e7eken Rumet, t\u00fcm bu kayg\u0131lara bir yan\u0131t olarak da \u015funlar\u0131 ifade ediyor:<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 kayg\u0131lar \u00e7ok net ifade edilmese\u00a0gelmese de -\u00f6zellikle erkekler taraf\u0131ndan ya\u015fanan kayg\u0131lar- baz\u0131 sorularla dile gelmekte. Mesela bir tart\u0131\u015fmada \u2018Peki, kad\u0131nlar kavga ederse ne olacak?\u2019 diye soruldu. Ya da \u2018Kad\u0131nlar nas\u0131l ge\u00e7inecek, nas\u0131l e\u011fitilecek?\u2019 denildi. T\u00fcm sorular yerinde ve do\u011fru. Ancak bizim de t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsayacak ve bu kayg\u0131lar\u0131 giderecek bir s\u00f6zle\u015fmemiz olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu kayg\u0131lar\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 net olarak belirtmek isterim.<\/p>\n<p>Mevcut toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n merkezinde, erkek egemen zihniyet var. Bunun ac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fayan kad\u0131n\u0131n bu projeyi sahiplenmesi ve kat\u0131l\u0131m bi\u00e7imi \u00e7ok i\u00e7ten ve samimi olmakta. Kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenlik sorunu erke\u011fin yan\u0131nda ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde erkekle beraber ya\u015fayan kad\u0131n\u0131n hi\u00e7bir ya\u015fam g\u00fcvencesi ve garantisi yok: Kad\u0131n ya d\u00f6v\u00fcl\u00fcr, s\u00f6v\u00fcl\u00fcr, kovulur ya da \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Tabi bu kad\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda duran erkek duru\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 da unutmadan bunlar\u0131 belirtmek \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\n<p>Genel bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmeden kad\u0131n\u0131n mevcut toplumsal alanda ciddi g\u00fcvenlik ve ya\u015fam sorunlar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Buna en radikal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn ise kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr mekanlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do\u011fal ve ekolojik bir k\u00f6y<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n k\u00f6y\u00fc in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131yla ekolojik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de belirten Rumet, k\u00f6y\u00fcn in\u015fas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan malzemelerin do\u011fal ve ekolojik malzemelerden olu\u015ftu\u011funu ifade ediyor:<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fal ve ekolojik yap\u0131 malzemeleri var, bunlar biliniyor. Sadece biraz ta\u015f, toprak, saman, su ve biraz da in\u015fa bilinci\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Toplumumuz, hala do\u011fall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmeyen, bilge ve de\u011ferli ana-babalar\u0131n birikimi ile bug\u00fcnlere gelmi\u015f do\u011fal bir toplum. \u00d6zellikle kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal in\u015fa ve ekolojik bilgeli\u011fi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00fcniversite bilgisini dahi a\u015fan bir d\u00fczeyde. Bunlar\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck, \u00f6\u011frendik, tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131k ve inand\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer ekolojik-do\u011fal k\u00f6y in\u015fas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak malzemelere gelecek olursak\u2026 Temel yap\u0131 malzemesi kerpi\u00e7 olacak. \u2018Neden modern yap\u0131lar yerine kerpi\u00e7?\u2019 diye soruluyor. Bu g\u00fczel bir soru olsa da bilgelikten yoksun ve ekolojik anlay\u0131\u015ftan uzak bir soru. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tarihin y\u00fczde 75 gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir d\u00f6neminde topraktan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f evler ve toplumsal alanlar hakim olmu\u015f. \u00d6yle ki tarihte kerpi\u00e7ten yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 mevcut.<\/p>\n<p>9 bin y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine dayanan ta\u015f ve kerpi\u00e7 yap\u0131lar, bin y\u0131llara ra\u011fmen dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilmi\u015fler. Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019\u0131n Ergani \u0130l\u00e7esi\u2019nin g\u00fcneybat\u0131s\u0131nda yer alan \u00c7ay\u00f6n\u00fc h\u00f6y\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir \u00f6rnek. Burada \u00f6nce ta\u015fla ba\u015flay\u0131p kerpi\u00e7le y\u00fckseltilen, kal\u0131n duvarl\u0131, aralar\u0131nda avlular\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok odal\u0131 yap\u0131 bi\u00e7imleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Yine bunu takip eden s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde Konya\u2019n\u0131n g\u00fcneydo\u011fusundaki \u00c7atalh\u00f6y\u00fck\u2019te benzer yap\u0131lar g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f. A\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 H\u00f6y\u00fck, Beycesultan, Bo\u011fazk\u00f6y gibi yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131nda da ayn\u0131 yap\u0131sal y\u00f6ntemler mevcut. Yine\u00a0\u0130ran\u2019\u0131n Kirman Eyaleti\u2019nde bulunan BEM kalesi, Kuzeybat\u0131 Libya\u2019daki bir vahada bulunan ve \u00c7\u00f6ldeki \u0130nci, Kanada Mayne Adas\u0131\u2019ndaki kerpi\u00e7 evler, Berlin\u2019deki Kerpi\u00e7 Bar\u0131\u015f Tap\u0131na\u011f\u0131, Paul Weiner\u2019in s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f toprak evi gibi \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00f6rnek var.<\/p>\n<p>Kenya\u2019da Umoji (Kenya dilinde Birlik anlam\u0131na geliyor) k\u00f6y\u00fc, kad\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam tercihini ortaya koymakta. 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda Rebecca Lolosoli taraf\u0131ndan kurulan bu k\u00f6yde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bask\u0131 ve \u015fiddete u\u011frayan kad\u0131n bir araya gelip kendi ya\u015fam alan\u0131n\u0131 kurmu\u015f. Bu k\u00f6ye erkeklerin girmesi yasaklanm\u0131\u015f. Kad\u0131nlar ge\u00e7imlerini el sanatlar\u0131yla sa\u011flam\u0131\u015flar, ayr\u0131ca ekime \u00e7ok \u00f6nem vermi\u015fler. \u015eimdiye kadar ya\u015fayan bu canl\u0131 \u00f6rnek bir\u00e7ok anlamda g\u00fc\u00e7 de vermekte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Destek \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rumet, Jinwar\u2019\u0131n in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe dayal\u0131 ve kolektif bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de belirtiyor ve in\u015faya destek olmak isteyenlere de bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunuyor:<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamam\u0131yla g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe dayal\u0131, ortak emek ve kollektif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile devam edecek. \u0130n\u015fa s\u00fcreci de t\u00fcm destek ve dayan\u0131\u015fma giri\u015fimlerine a\u00e7\u0131k. \u0130n\u015fa s\u00fcrecindeki her destek ve yard\u0131m Jinwar\u2019a bir temel, kanal, ta\u015f, duvar, fidan, kerpi\u00e7 ve saman olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam\u0131n ruhu kollektif kat\u0131l\u0131md\u0131r. Arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn toplumsal ba\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi gibi k\u00f6yler tar\u0131m\u0131, ye\u015fil alan\u0131, hayvan\u0131, verimi ile k\u00f6y olur. K\u00f6y do\u011fas\u0131 kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam\u0131n kolektif do\u011fas\u0131d\u0131r.
