Yine toplumsal olaylar\u0131n, ekolojik sorunlar\u0131n, n\u00fckleer silahlar\u0131n ve sava\u015flar\u0131n, daha bir\u00e7ok temel konular\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelen bir kavram olmaya devam etmektedir. A\u00e7l\u0131k, i\u015fsizlik, bor\u00e7, banka, borsa, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden olaylar, tecav\u00fcz, h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k, para, sermaye, yolsuzluk vb. daha buna benzer bir\u00e7ok s\u00f6zc\u00fckler ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131zda \u00e7ok kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Her g\u00fcn istisnas\u0131z bas\u0131n-medya kanallar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bu t\u00fcr s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerin dile geldi\u011fi olaylarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz. Zira bu sorun ve krizlere yol a\u00e7an hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz kapitalist sistemin oyun arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen, tekelci sermayedarlar\u0131n elindeki ekonomi olmayan ekonomidir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ekonomi denince ilk akla gelen parad\u0131r. Para adeta ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm alan\u0131nda t\u0131pk\u0131 bermuda \u00fc\u00e7geni gibi d\u00f6nmektedir. \u0130nsanlar art\u0131k paras\u0131z nefes dahi alamaz, do\u011fan\u0131n insana bah\u015fetti\u011fi suyu bile paras\u0131z asla i\u00e7emez duruma getirilmi\u015ftir. Ba\u015fta ekonomi olmak \u00fczere her \u015fey k\u00e2r-sermaye arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, kapitalizme hizmet ama\u00e7l\u0131 i\u015fletebilmek i\u00e7in birer malzeme konumuna d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u0130nsan eme\u011fi para ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmektedir. Tarlada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir \u00e7ift\u00e7i ile evde \u00e7ocuk besleyip b\u00fcy\u00fcten, ya\u015fam\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctleyip d\u00fczene koyan kad\u0131n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f ise emekten bile hi\u00e7 say\u0131lmaz. Emek olgusu para ile \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirildi\u011fi i\u00e7in kapitalist sisteme g\u00f6re emek veren yaln\u0131zca mesle\u011fi olan, devlete, sermayedarlara hizmet eden ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda para alan kesimler olarak bilinir. G\u00fcne\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n otuz be\u015f derece alt\u0131nda tarlada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir kad\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00fcn\u00fcn yirmi d\u00f6rt saati ev i\u015fleriyle u\u011fra\u015fan, \u00e7ocuk do\u011furup besleyen ve b\u00fcy\u00fcten Analar\u0131n,yine yaylalarda hayvan otlat\u0131p ge\u00e7imini sa\u011flayan \u00e7oban\u0131n, talep edilmi\u015f mal ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fcnlerce pazar pazar dola\u015fan esnaf\u0131n, yani k\u0131sacas\u0131 bu insanlar\u0131n yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fler emekten say\u0131lmaz.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Emek demek, ger\u00e7ek ekonomi demektir. Al\u0131n teri ve g\u00f6z nuru ile kazan\u0131lan, \u00e7atlam\u0131\u015f, nas\u0131rl\u0131 ellerin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferdir, k\u00fclt\u00fcrd\u00fcr bir tarihtir. Ger\u00e7ek eme\u011fin ve ekonominin sahipleri \u00d6nder APO\u2019nun da belirtti\u011fi gibi \u00a0kad\u0131n, \u00e7ift\u00e7i, \u00e7oban, zanaatk\u00e2r ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 t\u00fcccar kesimlerdir. Ger\u00e7ekte ekonomist ;kad\u0131n\u0131n kendisidir. \u0130lk tar\u0131m ve toplay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131kla u\u011fra\u015fan, toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendi etraf\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen, arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ilk geli\u015ftiren, ya\u015fam\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00fcyle bir sisteme kavu\u015fturan kad\u0131n\u0131n yani ana-tanr\u0131\u00e7an\u0131n kendisidir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Peki, ekonominin ger\u00e7ek sahipleri onlar olurken neden ekonomi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kald\u0131lar? Yine, ekonomi toplumun kendisini do\u011fal besleme maddi-manevi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 giderme alan\u0131yken ne oldu da toplumlar\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcren bir kuruma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc? Genelde toplumdan, \u00f6zelde kad\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131nan ekonomi ger\u00e7ekte bu de\u011fildir. Yalanc\u0131 ve zalim erke\u011fin k\u0131skac\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen ana-tanr\u0131\u00e7a kad\u0131n\u0131n elinden \u00e7al\u0131nan ekonomi genelde s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 uygarl\u0131kta, \u00f6zelde kapitalist moderniteyle ger\u00e7ek anlam\u0131ndan, \u00f6z\u00fcnden \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131larak tekelci sermayedarlar\u0131n elinde gasp\u00e7\u0131, talanc\u0131 ve salt insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil, do\u011fay\u0131 da, t\u00fcm evreni yok eden bir canavar haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ekonomiyi ne para ile ne de kapitalizmle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftiremeyiz. Ekonomi ne kapitalizmdir, ne de Euro, senet, borsa, faiz vb. k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t oyunlar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Bu t\u00fcr k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t oyunlar\u0131 insan\u0131n-toplumlar\u0131n kafas\u0131n\u0131 buland\u0131rmaktan, daraltmaktan ve \u00e7aresiz b\u0131rakmaktan ba\u015fka bir i\u015fe yaramam\u0131\u015f, hatta insan \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek ve yok etmekle (kapitalist ekonominin en temel sermaye alan\u0131ndan biriside N\u00fckleer ve kimyasal silah \u00fcretimi ve ticaretidir ) tehdit eden bir canavara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tan\u0131m olarak ekonomi evrensel bir kavram\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.Ekonomi-Ekonomos, kelime anlam\u0131 Yunanca ev yasas\u0131-\u00e7evre yasas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor. Toplumsall\u0131kla ili\u015fkisi vard\u0131r, toplumun en temel faaliyeti olarak anlam ifade eder ki, toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren kad\u0131n, ekonomik ya\u015fam\u0131 \u00e7ekip d\u00fczene koymada ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlemede \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmi\u015ftir. Neolitik d\u00f6nem dedi\u011fimiz s\u00fcre\u00e7 bunun kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Her canl\u0131n\u0131n bir duru\u015fu, bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ya\u015famdaki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir dengeyi olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.Kendisini beslemesi i\u00e7in avlanmas\u0131, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelecek tehlikelere kar\u015f\u0131 kendisini korumas\u0131 ve neslinin t\u00fckenmemesi i\u00e7in de kendisini \u00e7o\u011faltmas\u0131 gerekir. \u0130lk insan topluluklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da bu b\u00f6yledir. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta bar\u0131nmak i\u00e7in kendilerine uygun yer ararlar daha sonra beslenmek i\u00e7in de avc\u0131l\u0131k ve toplay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7erler.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Beslenme bir ekonomik faaliyettir, toplumlar\u0131n zorunlu maddi ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 giderme eylemidir. Klanlar \u015feklinde ya\u015fam s\u00fcren ilk insan toplulu\u011fu tar\u0131m-toplay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve avc\u0131l\u0131kla sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 beslenme d\u00fczeninde en fazla dikkati \u00e7eken nokta ku\u015fkusuz kom\u00fcnal, kolektif, ortak bir d\u00fczen kurmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Her \u015fey klan toplumu i\u00e7indir. Toplanan \u00fcr\u00fcnler herkesindir ve bireysellik, bencillik yoktur. \u00d6zel m\u00fclkiyet, \u00a0yani benimdir, benim mal\u0131md\u0131r, bana aittir gibi s\u00f6zlere yer yoktur. Ne varsa hepsinindir. Ahlaki ve politik toplumun \u00f6z\u00fc bu ya\u015fam tarz\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. O d\u00f6nemin en temel ekonomik faaliyeti toplanan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn an\u0131nda da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131n-ana tanr\u0131\u00e7a \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015fen bu payla\u015f\u0131m kad\u0131n ekonomisinin \u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc bu d\u00f6neme ait bir ekonomik faaliyettir. Toplanan \u00fcr\u00fcnler biriktirilmeden hediye verilerek da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r. Bu hediye k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc asl\u0131nda \u00f6yle bildi\u011fimiz basit bir olay de\u011fildir. Arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc beraberinde kom\u015fuluk, arkada\u015fl\u0131k, akrabal\u0131k gibi insan ili\u015fkilerini geli\u015ftirerek, duyguda, ruhta ve birbirine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermede adeta bir ara\u00e7 olur, bu da beraberinde toplum olmay\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctler. Zira kapitalist ekonomide de bir arz-talep ili\u015fkisi vard\u0131r. \u00dcr\u00fcn\u00fc piyasadan \u00e7eker, biriktirir. Yani bir biriktirme olay\u0131 var ama ni\u00e7in? Ve kimin i\u00e7in? Elbette tekelci sermayedarlar i\u00e7in. Kapitalizmin kendisini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmesi i\u00e7in.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Kapitalist ekonominin kendisini finanse etti\u011fi bir alanda arz-talep kanunudur. \u00dcreticinin piyasaya mal \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131 ve t\u00fcketicinin piyasadan mal \u00e7ekmesi olay\u0131 sistemli olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bir oyundur. Ve bu oyunla toplumlar, hatta \u00fclkeler dahi krize s\u00fcr\u00fcklenerek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fcz b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. Kapitalist ekonominin tek amac\u0131 kendi olu\u015fturdu\u011fu sistemle toplumlar\u0131 ve \u00fclkeleri kendisine ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Arma\u011fan k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ba\u015fta K\u00fcrdistan olmak \u00fczere baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde de buna benzer k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve gelenek halen mevcuttur. Bu ku\u015fkusuz do\u011fal toplumun ortadan t\u00fcm\u00fcyle kalkmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir ispat\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar birbirlerinin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 bilerek ortak, kolektif bir dayan\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctler. Toplumsalla\u015fmada \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlar daha yarat\u0131c\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctleyici, \u00f6zverili ve duyarl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu anlam\u0131yla ger\u00e7ek ekonomi, kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015fen, topluma ait, toplumun kendi yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlerin bir toplam\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00d6yleyse topluma ait olan topluma tekrar kazand\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 ve toplumun hizmetine sunulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tarihte oldu\u011fu gibi kendi ekonomimizi kendimiz olu\u015ftural\u0131m. Bunun i\u00e7in olanaklar\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7ok daha fazla. Yeter ki \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesini iyi bilelim. Mesela, \u00fczerinde en temel ekonomik faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fctebilece\u011fimiz alan elbette ki tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131d\u0131r. Organik \u00fcr\u00fcn yeti\u015ftirmek ve ondan yararlanmak hem sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli ve hem de insan\u0131n toprakla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesini, ruhsal, duygusal, fiziksel ve maneviyat\u0131n geli\u015fmesini sa\u011flar. Biliyoruz ki kapitalist sistemin betonla\u015fm\u0131\u015f zihniyeti d\u00fcnyay\u0131 da beton y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131na \u00e7evirmek istemektedir. End\u00fcstriyalizm canavar\u0131n\u0131 da arkas\u0131na alm\u0131\u015f tekelci sermayedar g\u00fc\u00e7leriyle bug\u00fcn ekolojiye verdi\u011fi zararlar\u0131n da haddi hesab\u0131 yoktur. Do\u011fada bir par\u00e7a ye\u015fil alana tahamm\u00fclleri kalmam\u0131\u015f, her yeri plaza ve kulelere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Tar\u0131m\u0131 yapacak toprak alan b\u0131rak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her yer g\u00f6kdelen ve kulelerle \u00e7evrili bir beton y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Elleri, ayaklar\u0131 topra\u011fa basmayan, ye\u015filli\u011fe dokunmayan, koklamayan bir insan\u0131n ruh hali sizce nas\u0131l olabilir? Ku\u015fkusuz hissiz, duygusuz, toplumsall\u0131ktan ve sevgiden uzak, bireyci, bencil bir ki\u015filik olur. Kapitalist sistem ekonomiyi bu \u015fekilde kullanarak toplumda vicdani ve ahlaki duygular\u0131 da yok etmektedir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kapitalist ekonominin bu \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131n h\u0131rs\u0131na bir an \u00f6nce m\u00fcdahale edilmeli ve m\u00fccadeleyi evrensel k\u0131labilmeliyiz. \u00d6zellikle ba\u015fta ekonominin ger\u00e7ek sahibi olan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu alanda \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc ve yetkin bir \u015fekilde faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fctebilmelidir. Kendi ev ekonomisinden tutal\u0131m t\u00fcm ya\u015famsal ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaya kadar en ba\u015fta kendi eme\u011fine sahip \u00e7\u0131kmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Demokratik Ulusun yeniden in\u015fas\u0131nda K\u00f6ye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f projelerinde tar\u0131m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc yeniden canland\u0131rmak ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar\u0131n en temel g\u00f6revidir.K\u00f6y ve k\u0131rsal mek\u00e2nlar elveri\u015fli, potansiyeli olan mek\u00e2nlard\u0131r. K\u00f6y-tar\u0131m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc geli\u015ftik\u00e7e,\u00a0 toplumsal ruhu ve kom\u00fcnal-ekonomik ya\u015fam\u0131 tekrar canland\u0131rabilir ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze koydu\u011fumuz projelerin hayata ge\u00e7mesini de h\u0131zland\u0131rabiliriz. Ba\u015fta kad\u0131n olmak \u00fczere toplum kapitalist ekonominin sermayesi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kmal\u0131, kendi demokratik ve kom\u00fcnal ekonomik alanlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmelidir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Her insan\u0131n kendi i\u00e7inde, do\u011fal toplum kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Toprak, hayvan sevgisi, arma\u011fan ve kom\u015fuluk vs. \u00f6zellikle K\u00fcrdistan toplumunda bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel gelenek bariz ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. K\u0131sacas\u0131 do\u011fayla, toprakla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ya\u015fayan bir halk ger\u00e7ekli\u011fimiz zaten var. Fakat bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da toplumsal duyarl\u0131l\u0131k artmas\u0131na ve devrim d\u00fczeyinde bir geli\u015fme ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen halen bu konularda ciddi ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131lmamas\u0131 ekolojik-ekonomik toplum in\u015fas\u0131nda zaman kayb\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcrmektedir. Bunu a\u015farak yeniyi in\u015fa etmek, ba\u015fta t\u00fcm sivil toplum kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n, belediyelerin, partilerin ve k\u00f6y-mahalle meclislerinin g\u00f6rev ve sorumlulu\u011fundad\u0131r. \u00d6ncelikli olarak ba\u015fta K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da i\u015fsizlik ve a\u00e7l\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmak i\u00e7in kom\u00fcn ve kooperatif\u00e7ili\u011fi \u00f6rg\u00fctlemeliyiz. Herhangi bir toplumsal ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131nda kom\u00fcn ve kooperatifi \u00f6rg\u00fctlemedi\u011fimiz takdirde toplum asla istedi\u011fi refaha, huzura kavu\u015famaz, ahlaki ve politik toplum \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerini yakalayamaz. Toplumsall\u0131k kom\u00fcn demek, kom\u00fcn toplumsall\u0131k demektir.
