Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan ve \u0130ran\u2019da bu slogan yank\u0131lanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en son akl\u0131m\u0131za gelecek \u015fey bu slogan\u0131n Reber Apo\u2019nun felsefesi ve K\u00fcrdistan Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi zemininden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlamam\u0131z\u0131n istenece\u011fi olurdu herhalde. Ama oldu. Bu slogan\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015fka yerlere dayand\u0131rma \u00e7abalar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nca bir\u00e7ok arkada\u015f ve bas\u0131n kurumu jineoloji akademisi olarak bizlerden bu slogana dair kaynaklar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmam\u0131z\u0131 istedi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc milliyet\u00e7i K\u00fcrt partilerinden, liberal kesimlere, \u015fah rejimi yanl\u0131lar\u0131na kadar bir\u00e7ok kesim bir anda kendini slogan\u0131n sahibi ilan etti ya da bu slogan\u0131n Reber Apo ile bir ba\u011f\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlama yar\u0131\u015f\u0131na girdi. Bunun bir yan\u0131 eylemleri kendine mal etmeyi hedefleyen politik kurnazl\u0131k olabilir. Ama bence as\u0131l as\u0131l hedef slogan\u0131n i\u015faret etti\u011fi kad\u0131n devrimi hedefinden duyulan korkuydu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu slogan K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinde kad\u0131n devriminin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesini sa\u011flayacak bir\u00e7ok ara\u00e7, y\u00f6ntem, kurum ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ile somutla\u015fmaktayd\u0131. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Reber Apo bu slogan i\u00e7in 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u2018jin jiyan azadi sihirli form\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretmeye ve temsil etmeye devam etmelisiniz\u2019 demi\u015fti. Bildi\u011fimiz gibi sihir akl\u0131n, hayalin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 zorlayarak imkans\u0131z denileni ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi ifade eder. \u0130\u015fte jin jiyan azadi b\u00f6ylesi bir ya\u015fam ve m\u00fccadele form\u00fcl\u00fcyd\u00fc. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Ya\u015f itibari ile benim ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131m en az 20 y\u0131ld\u0131r K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin her eyleminde, sonu\u00e7lanan her konferans ve kongrenin sonunda alk\u0131\u015flar e\u015fli\u011finde bu slogan\u0131 duymu\u015ftur. Gerilla kad\u0131nlar eyleme g\u00f6nderdikleri, bir ba\u015fka alana ge\u00e7en her kad\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan z\u0131lg\u0131tlar e\u015fli\u011finde bu slogan\u0131 30 y\u0131ld\u0131r atmaktad\u0131rlar. Zafer i\u015faretleri ile K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc olduklar\u0131 her alanda bu slogan\u0131 hayk\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, pankartlar\u0131na kocaman harflerle bunu yazm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Reber Apo 1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da Kad\u0131n ve Aile sorunu kitab\u0131yla ba\u015flamak \u00fczere K\u00fcrdistan devriminin bir kad\u0131n devrimi karakterinde geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeler yapmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemelerde 40 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u015fu \u00e7eli\u015fkiye dikkat \u00e7ekilmi\u015ftir; kad\u0131n ve ya\u015fam\u0131 ayn\u0131 kelimeyle ifade ederek \u00f6zde\u015f g\u00f6ren bir halk ger\u00e7ekli\u011finde kad\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ya\u015fam\u0131 nas\u0131l bu kadar de\u011fersiz ve anlams\u0131z k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131? Bu hangi yol ve y\u00f6ntemlerle yap\u0131ld\u0131? Bunun erkekte ve toplumda yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkiler nelerdir? Yeniden kad\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131 kayna\u011f\u0131 haline getirmek, kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131 anlaml\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr k\u0131lman\u0131n imkanlar\u0131 nedir? \u0130\u015fte Jin-jiyan-azadi slogan\u0131 bu \u00e7eli\u015fkiyi \u00e7\u00f6zme iddias\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan bir m\u00fccadele perspektifi oluyor. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Kad\u0131n ve ya\u015fam kelimelerindeki \u00f6zde\u015flik K\u00fcrt\u00e7e\u2019de, Fars\u00e7a\u2019da, Rus\u00e7a\u2019da, S\u00fcmer dilinde birebir iken d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok dilinde ya\u015fam kelimesinin di\u015fil olmas\u0131nda kendini d\u0131\u015fa vurur. Bir\u00e7ok dilde ya\u015fam-kad\u0131n, do\u011fa-do\u011fum, d\u00fcnya-ana-kaynak kavramlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ba\u011flant\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu bize neyi g\u00f6sterir? Kelimelerin k\u00f6kenlerinin benzerli\u011fi ve ayn\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 binlerce y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinde insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131 alg\u0131lay\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imlerini yans\u0131t\u0131r. Kad\u0131n ve ya\u015fam kelimelerinin \u00f6zde\u015fli\u011fi hem biyolojik varolu\u015fumuzu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lan hem de insan olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ancak toplumsall\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u00e7in toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n kad\u0131n eksenlili\u011fini ortaya koyar. Kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n olu\u015fumundaki rol\u00fc kimi zaman tam olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmemekte ve ifadeye kavu\u015fmamaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n kutsal g\u00f6r\u00fclmesini sadece do\u011furganl\u0131klar\u0131na ba\u011flamak meseleye dar bir \u00e7er\u00e7eveden yakla\u015fmak olur. Kad\u0131nlar do\u011furduklar\u0131 ya da do\u011furmad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ocuklara bakt\u0131klar\u0131, besledikleri i\u00e7in de ya\u015fam\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fcler. Yiyecekleri toplad\u0131klar\u0131, saklad\u0131klar\u0131, koruduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in de, tarihin ilk \u015fifac\u0131lar\u0131 olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in de kutsal g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fcler. \u0130lk yerle\u015fme mekanlar\u0131 olan k\u00f6yleri in\u015fa ettikleri i\u00e7in, bulunduklar\u0131 mekan\u0131 g\u00fczelle\u015ftirdikleri i\u00e7in de kutsal g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fcler. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Tanr\u0131\u00e7a kavram\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6keninde kad\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu \u00f6zelliklerinin toplam\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmemiz gerekir. Kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenen ya\u015fam cennet olarak alg\u0131lanan, bereketle ve savunma ile, sevgi ve a\u015fkla an\u0131lan bir ya\u015famd\u0131r. Bu nedenle o d\u00f6nem inanc\u0131nda a\u015fk, sava\u015f ve bereket tanr\u0131\u00e7alar\u0131n en belirgin \u00f6zellikleridir. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Tanr\u0131\u00e7al\u0131kla kom\u00fcnal karakterdeki b\u00f6ylesi bir ya\u015fam\u0131n sahibesi kad\u0131n ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi y\u00fcceltilmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Tanr\u0131\u00e7al\u0131\u011f\u0131 ezici bir iktidar g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek yan\u0131l\u0131r\u0131z. Toplum zihniyetinde ya\u015fam\u0131 bereketli, estetik, ya\u015fan\u0131l\u0131r k\u0131lan kad\u0131nl\u0131k tanr\u0131\u00e7al\u0131k kavram\u0131 ile kutsanm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenen bu ya\u015fam, kad\u0131n ve erkeklerin \u00f6zg\u00fcr oldu\u011fu bir ya\u015famd\u0131r. Bu ya\u015fam\u0131n mekan\u0131 bereketli hilaldir. Bu nedenle bu ya\u015famin izlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz topraklar, jin jiyan azadi serhildan\u0131 ile ayn\u0131 topraklard\u0131r. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">\u0130lk devlet, ilk erkek egemenli\u011finin kurucusu S\u00fcmerler\u2019in \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck kavram\u0131n\u0131 amargi yani anaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f bi\u00e7iminde adland\u0131rmas\u0131 tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir. S\u00fcmerler \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda, ana etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenmi\u015f kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fama d\u00f6nme \u00f6zlemi olarak tan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bak\u0131n tarihsel ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel olarak nas\u0131l da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ba\u011f var jin-jiyan-azadi kavramlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenmi\u015f ya\u015fama dayat\u0131lan egemen erkeklik ve devletli uygarl\u0131k ger\u00e7e\u011fi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir \u00f6zlem, ancak bedel \u00f6denerek, m\u00fccadele edilerek ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek bir \u015feye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Erkek egemenli\u011fi kad\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famdaki belirleyicili\u011finden, \u00f6zne konumundan uzakla\u015ft\u0131ran bir kar\u015f\u0131 devrimciliktir. Bu kar\u015f\u0131 devrimcilik kad\u0131n kimli\u011fini k\u00f6lelik temelinde yeniden in\u015fa etmi\u015ftir. Reber Apo bunun i\u00e7in kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde 4 operasyonun yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtir; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Kad\u0131n\u0131n ev k\u00f6lesi haline getirilerek, m\u00fclk, \u00e7ocuk do\u011furma arac\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Kad\u0131n\u0131n seks arac\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131narak erke\u011fin s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z zevk, tecav\u00fcz ve tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcne a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Eme\u011finin de\u011fersiz k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">En ince meta halinde her \u015fey i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r pozisyona getirilmi\u015ftir. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">\u0130\u015fte bu d\u00f6rt operasyonla kad\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlams\u0131z, nesne, m\u00fclk konumuna indirilirken esasta erkek de anlams\u0131z k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc art\u0131k erke\u011fin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, namusu, g\u00f6revi kad\u0131n\u0131 bu konumda tutabilmeye ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Bunu yapamazsa \u2018sen erkek de\u011fil misin, namussuz musun\u2019 diye yarg\u0131lanacakt\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131 bu konumda tutan bir toplum, halk ve erkek demokrasiden, insan haklar\u0131ndan, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten bahsedemez. Kad\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bu kadar anlams\u0131z k\u0131lmak, ya\u015fam\u0131 anlams\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Anlams\u0131z ya\u015fam s\u00fcrekli cinnet, cinayet, egemenlik, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck, \u00e7irkinlik yayar. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Kad\u0131n\u0131 bu konumda tutan sistem erke\u011fi de s\u00fcrekli ona hakim olabilmesi i\u00e7in iktidara al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle kan\u0131na s\u00fcrekli iktidar enjekte ederek onu iktidarla zehirliyor. Bu temelde in\u015fa edilmi\u015f kad\u0131nl\u0131kla, onu bu konumda tutan din, devlet ve erkeklikle ya\u015famay\u0131 ret etti\u011fimiz i\u00e7in hayk\u0131r\u0131yoruz bu slogan\u0131. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Jin-jiyan-azadi slogan\u0131 atan kad\u0131nlar bunun sorgulamas\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131yorlar. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Kad\u0131nlara kapanmay\u0131 ya da soyunmay\u0131 dayatan zihniyet bir madalyonun iki ayr\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fc gibi i\u015fliyor. Biri kapatmay\u0131 namusla, ahlakl\u0131 olmakla tan\u0131mlay\u0131p dayat\u0131nca di\u011feri soyunmay\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck olarak yans\u0131tarak yan\u0131lg\u0131 yarat\u0131yor. Seni bir erke\u011fin m\u00fclk\u00fc ve zevk nesnesi olabilmek i\u00e7in kapatan da seni soyarak bedenini kapitalizmin verimli metas\u0131 k\u0131lan\u0131n da ayn\u0131 zihniyet oldu\u011funun fark\u0131nday\u0131z. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Bizim \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck aray\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z ve m\u00fccadelemiz bu zihniyetledir. Kad\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fclk ve meta g\u00f6ren t\u00fcm d\u00fczenlere kar\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131n devrimi ile kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f o d\u00f6rt operasyonu tersine \u00e7evirmeyi hedefler. \u0130\u015fte jin-jiyan-azadi bu devriminin slogan\u0131d\u0131r. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Kad\u0131n devrimi ile neyi hedefledi\u011fimizi de belirtip sunumu tamamlamak istiyorum; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Siyaseti kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr olaca\u011f\u0131 temelde in\u015fa etmeyi hedefler. Bir mahalleden, dernek ya da kuruma, bir \u00fclkeden ulusalar aras\u0131 alana kadar s\u00f6z ve karar ve uygulama a\u015famas\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istek ve taleplerini temsil edecek tarzda yer alabilmesidir. Ki\u015fi olarak \u00e7\u0131karlardan bahsetmiyoruz. Kad\u0131n\u0131 bir ulus, s\u0131n\u0131f olarak g\u00f6rerek kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc iradesinin temsilini bulmas\u0131d\u0131r. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Bir \u00fclke n\u00fcfusunun art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ya da azal\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fil, bir aile, a\u015firet ve erke\u011fin dayatmas\u0131na g\u00f6re de de\u011fil, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n varl\u0131k, sa\u011fl\u0131k ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n esas oldu\u011fu bir demografya politikas\u0131d\u0131r. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Sadece kad\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik ya\u015fama kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ya da eme\u011finin de\u011ferli g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi de\u011fildir, t\u00fcmden anal\u0131k eme\u011fine dayal\u0131 ekonomi tarifi ve prati\u011fidir. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Kad\u0131n ve erke\u011fin ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131n\u0131 e\u015fitlik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck temelinde in\u015fa etti\u011fi ili\u015fkilerdir. Kad\u0131n-erkek ili\u015fkilerini felsefi i\u00e7eri\u011fe, bilimsel yakla\u015f\u0131ma ve estetik-etik formlara kavu\u015fturmakt\u0131r.
